Dispatch

Stock lines dispatch within 48 hours. Decorated club orders are dispatched together once every piece is finished; we confirm the date when we confirm the order.

Where we post, and what it costs

We deliver within Ireland only at the moment, by An Post. It is €6.99 on any order under €75.00, whatever size the parcel, and free over that. Orders usually arrive in two to five working days.

We only post within Ireland for now, and we are sorry for the inconvenience. The checkout will not accept an address elsewhere. If you are outside Ireland and want something, email us and we will work out what it would cost to send it to you.

Prices include VAT where it applies, and nothing is added at checkout. Children's clothing and footwear are zero-rated in Ireland, so a kids or junior size is priced with no VAT in it.

Click & collect

Rather pick it up? Choose Click & collect in your bag and there is no delivery charge. Pay online, and collect from the shop at 77 Main Street, Cavan, H12 R5Y3 once we email to say it is ready, usually within 48 hours. We are open Monday to Saturday, 9.30am to 6pm. Bring the email or your order number, and if someone else is collecting for you, tell us who when you order. We hold your order until you come in; if it is still here after a long while, we will get in touch, and we may cancel it and refund you in full.

Collection only

A few things are too big to post: a basketball stand, for instance. These are marked Collection only on the site and are collected from the shop at 77 Main Street, Cavan, H12 R5Y3. No postage is charged on them, and they count towards free delivery for anything else in the order. We email when the item is ready to collect, usually within 48 hours. If you need one delivered, email us and we will quote for it.

Returns

Unworn stock items can be returned within 14 days for an exchange or refund. Decorated or personalised items (crests, names, numbers) can't be returned unless faulty. Email katherine@kts.ie with your order number to start a return.
