1. Who you are dealing with

This website is run by KTS, trading as Thunder Sports. KTS is the registered business name of Katherine Thunder, a sole trader, at 77 Main Street, Cavan, H12 R5Y3. Email katherine@kts.ie, phone +353 49 430 4104. VAT number IE7050206N. By placing an order you agree to these terms. They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

2. Products and prices

Prices are in euro and include VAT where it applies; children's sizes are zero-rated. Nothing is added at checkout except delivery, which is shown before you pay. We do our best to describe and photograph products accurately, but colours can look different on different screens. We may change prices and products at any time; a change does not affect an order we have already accepted.

The designs in our Showcase are made to order for clubs and are not sold through this website. A price shown there as "from" is a guide; a club's price is the one in the quote we send it (see Club orders below).

Some gear belongs to a partner club. Buying it earns the club store credit on the sale, at no cost to you: the price you pay is the same.

3. Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. Payment is taken by Stripe when you place it, and we accept the order when we dispatch it; until then we may decline or cancel it, for example if an item is out of stock or a price was clearly wrong, and refund you in full. Stripe emails you a receipt.

Launch offer: the code LAUNCH10 takes 10% off the goods in one order, until the end of 9 November 2026. It does not apply to delivery or to buying a gift voucher, it has no cash value, and it cannot be added to an order after it is placed. On a refund, you get back what you paid, after the discount.

4. Delivery

We deliver within Ireland only, by An Post, for a flat €6.99, free on orders over €75.00. Stock items are dispatched within 48 hours and usually arrive in two to five working days. Decorated club orders are dispatched together once every piece is finished, on a date we confirm with you. Full details are on the delivery and returns page.

You can choose click and collect instead of delivery. You pay online, there is no delivery charge, and you collect from the shop at 77 Main Street, Cavan, H12 R5Y3 once we email you that the order is ready. We hold it until you collect it. If it is not collected after a reasonable time we will contact you, and we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

A few large items are marked "collection only". You pay for them online and collect them from the shop at 77 Main Street, Cavan, H12 R5Y3; no postage is charged on them, and we email you when they are ready.

5. Changing your mind

Under the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013 you can cancel an order for stock items within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. Tell us in writing (email is fine) with your order number, then post the items back unworn, in their original condition, within 14 days of telling us. We refund the price and the standard delivery charge to the card you paid with within 14 days of your cancellation, though we may hold the refund until the items are back with us or you have shown us they are posted. You pay the cost of returning them unless they are faulty.

You can use this wording to cancel: "I wish to cancel my order [number], received on [date]. Name: [your name]. Address: [your address]."

Decorated or personalised items (crests, names, numbers, club orders made to your specification) are made for you and cannot be cancelled or returned unless faulty.

6. Faulty goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2022, goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If something arrives faulty or wrong, tell us as soon as you can and we will repair, replace or refund it, and cover the return postage.

7. Club orders

A club kit quote is not an order. A club order is placed when you approve the mock-ups and pricing we send and pay the deposit or price agreed. Because the kit is made to your specification, the cancellation right in section 5 does not apply once production has begun.

8. Our liability

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.

9. This website

The text, photographs, logos and designs on this site belong to us or our suppliers and are protected by copyright. You may view and print pages for your own use, but not copy or reuse them commercially without permission. We try to keep the site available and accurate but cannot promise it will be free of errors or interruptions.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland and the Irish courts have jurisdiction, without affecting your right as a consumer to rely on the law of the country you live in. If you have a problem, talk to us first; most things can be sorted with an email or a phone call.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one on the site when you placed it.
